Kol Ha Bayit (BST Blog)

The Board of Directors met on Monday, July 21^st, the first meeting of our new fiscal year.    

Highlights of the meeting:

• Reviewed the gaps in critical committees that are essential to our core purpose as a Jewish synagogue.  Several critical committees lack a Chair and will not be active
• Reviewed processes for the coming year for updating our policy manual, certain financial processes, and temple web site review
• Approved the current Chair of the Security Committee and assigned the committee to the Vice-president for Administration
• Non-Jewish groups have reached out to the our congregation in support due to the rise in antisemitism. The Board discussed how we should respond.
