November 2025 Board Meeting Highlights

• Approved new Chair of Social Action Committee – Melissa Molfetas
• Approved a policy prohibiting firearms
• Approved a policy on who can officially post on social media, the process, and privacy protections
• Discussed new physical security features
• Discussed the Mid-Year congregational meeting.  Board members will be seeking inputs from members on possible formats, scheduling, and issues for discussion.  Agreed it will be Zoomed probably NOT be a sit-down formal presentation
• Reviewed preparations for upcoming events including dinners and Chanukiah lighting
